In order to view the streaming video on this web site, you must have RealPlayer, RealOne Player, or a player that is compatible with RealPlayer. To get the RealOne Player, follow the link below. Then look for the link on that page that says "Free RealOne Player". You may have to go to several different pages before you begin the actual downloading of it. From then on, follow their directions.
1. Click on "Settings", which is on the Aol screen above you.
2. Select "Preferences".
3. Click on "Multimedia".
4. Uncheck the box next to "Use AOL media player for supported file types".
5. Click on "Save".
Try opening the movie again, it should work.
If it still isn't working, you may need to call AOL for support.
